Purchased items are not immediately available because I chose Print-on-Demand for my creations, to minimize the environmental impact, making only what is actually sold. The packaging is predominantly recycled plastic and/or cardboard and the inks used are all eco-sustainable.
In the event that the purchased item arrives damaged or contains serious imperfections or defects not attributable to Dolphin Academy, but to the manufacturing company or the shipper, you have 14 days to report it to us at the email address thedolphinacademy@yahoo.com. NB You must attach a photo of the damaged or defective item to the email.
In that case, you will be able to choose between the following options:
1) Receive a full refund for your purchase
2) Request a replacement of the damaged or defective item
3) Obtain a voucher equal to the amount spent to purchase the item, usable on this website within 12 months from the date of its issuance
Return of the severely damaged or defective item is not required.
Refund or voucher processing time is 2 working days.
The processing times of the item replacement are the same as those reported in the SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION INFO section.

Under the Consumer Code, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the date of receipt of the purchased item or items, without the need to state the reasons.
To exercise this right, simply fill out and submit, within the aforementioned deadlines, the form on this site by clicking the "CANCEL ORDER" button. You will receive an email confirming that the order has been cancelled.
In case of cancellation of the order, you will be refunded the relevant amounts paid in our favor, after sending by email to thedolphinacademy@yahoo.com the proof of shipping for the return of the purchased items, .The refund will preferably be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
In the event of reconsideration/cancellation, the shipping costs for returning the items will be borne by us (to be done exclusively with standard/economy shipping).
If the items are damaged or manipulated beyond what is strictly necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, the resulting decrease in value will result in a consequent decrease in the refund amount.
